To enjoy hydrospeed you must be in excellent physical shape, and a good swimmer. If you do not feel comfortable in water this is not the sport for you.

Course : Saanen-gorge to Vanel-Rougemont.

Season : May until August.

Meeting place : Our base at Gstaad, Eggli parking (next to hotel Arc-en-Ciel) or Rougemont/Videmanette.

Time : Morning : 09h45, Afternoon : 14h00.

Course end : Rougemont/Videmanette.

Duration : 3 hours, 2 hours in the river.

Minimum age : 16 years.
